WIRECRAFT JEWELRY CLASSES
Earrings Galore Saturday, March 3 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Cost: $20 plus materials Using pliers, gold-filled or sterling silver wire, assorted beads, and a few basic wirecraft techniques, learn how to create your own fashion earrings. Participants will choose from an array of styles and should be able to complete several pairs in this class. All tools provided. Materials available for purchase from instructor for $15. Class limited to 8. Jewelry with a Twist I Monday, March 19, 26, April 2 7:00 – 9:30 pm Cost: $40 plus materials Using pliers, gold-filled or sterling silver wire, assorted beads, and a few basic wirecraft techniques, learn how to create your own fashion rings, bracelets, and pendants to add that perfect accent to your jewelry wardrobe. All tools provided. Materials available for purchase from instructor for $40. Class limited to 6.	Jewelry with a Twist II Monday, April 16, 23, 30 7:00 – 9:30pm Cost: $40 plus materials This class is a continuation for those with some wirecraft jewelry experience. Using pliers, gold-filled or sterling silver wire, assorted beads, and a few basic wirecraft techniques participants will create a bangle bracelet with beads and an outline cabochon pendant. All tools provided. Materials available for purchase from instructor for approximately $40. Class limited to 6. GEM MINING CLASS Gem Mining Saturday, April 28 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Cost: $20 (children 8 – 10 yrs $10) Discover the thrill of hunting for your own gem‑quality rubies, sapphires, and garnets. Through lecture, sharing, and a hands-on experience, learn how to identify major gemstones native to western North Carolina. Don't miss the fun and excitement of this North Carolina experience. Please note: Children should be accompanied by a registered adult.
